CNRS, Rennes 1 University and Zhengzhou University (Henan province) have created the International Associated Laboratory (LIA) called 'Functional Organophosphorus Materials (MOF). The LIA brings together the Rennes Chemical Science Laboratory and the Chinese International Phosphorus Laboratory, which is already headed by CNRS researcher François Mathey. The goal is to synthesize new phosphorus compounds for future development in plastic electronics. Their association will enable the LIA to move into a leading position internationally in this rapidly evolving research field.
The French Chinese catalysis laboratory (LFCC) is also becoming an International Associated laboratory. This LIA brings together CNRS, Lyons I Claude Bernard University, Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics and a Chinese industrial partner, the Research Institute of Petroleum Processing (RIPP), and involves three main partners: State Key Laboratory of Catalysis in Dalian, the RIPP Laboratory in Beijing and the Research Institute on Catalysis and the Environment, in Lyons, IRCELYON (CNRS/Lyons 1 University). The research addresses catalysis for energy and hydrotreating.
