On November 9, 2010, INRA partnered with the Vitagora Competitive Cluster and AgroSup Dijon is holding its first Conference on lipids called Lipids: Sensory and Nutritional Stakes, as part of its Crossroads for Agri-food Innovation, under the aegis of its Crossroads for Agricultural Innovation (CIAG), in Dijon. This will be an opportunity to present the sensory and nutritional characteristics of lipids in food and analyze the relation between nutrition and pleasure.
The Crossroads for Agricultural Innovation, which started in 2007, have become recognized venues for the dissemination of INRA project and research results and resources for innovation. After three years of development in agricultural production, the dissemination venue has been broadened to include the 'food' scope. "The success of the Crossroads for Agricultural Innovation prompted us to promote this formula as a choice venue for disseminating knowledge and having useful discussions on innovation in the food processing industry," explaine INRA Deputy Science Director for 'Food' Catherine Esnouf.
